Exhibitor Information

First of all, thank you for contributing to our conference. You are a key part of our conference that offers solutions and expertise NWGIS members are looking for. We want to make this a positive experience for you. Please contact the vendor coordinator and/or the planning chair with any questions or concerns.

How To Register– Simply register for the conference and select one of the Exhibitor options.

Amenities – Northwest GIS will be providing the following amenities:

  • 6-8 foot skirted table
  • Access to power and wi-fi
  • Attendee list

Setup:

  • Tuesday September 19th  - 6-8:30 am

Exhibitor hours:

  • Tuesday September 19th – 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Wednesday, Septembe 20th - 7:30am - 5pm

Teardown:

  • Wedneday (evening)

Vendor and Map/App Social:

We are setting up a social event from 4:30pm-5:30pm on Tuesday, Sept 19th in the ballroom. The intention is to provide you an opportunity to outreach to attendees. We will provide drinks and appetizers. It is likely we will be providing optional drink tickets for you to hand out. Other things in the works include lightning round talks from vendors, a raffle, and presentations from Map/App applicants. If you have items you would like to donate to the raffle please contact Ruth Bunch at ruth.bunch@ci.longview.wa.us
