Vendor Registration

The Northwest GIS User Conference offers a great opportunity for vendors to market their products to the GIS community from around the Pacific Northwest. Your company will also have the opportunity to participate in conference activities.

The vendor hall will open Wednesday evening, October 19, 2011, starting at 5:00 PM with hors d'oeuvres and no-host bar until 8:00 PM. The vendor hall will open again Thursday morning at 8:00 AM and remain open until after lunch, which will be served in the vendor hall from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Vendor Exhibition Booth & Registration

Each exhibitor will receive a skirted table, two chairs, electrical connection, wireless Internet access, one conference t-shirt, and one conference registration providing access to all conference activities.

Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program and have their logo, with a link to their Web site, posted on nwgis.org.

Vendor Booth includes meal tickets for one staff member for all conference meals. Guest tickets for the awards banquet and additional meal tickets for booth staff are available for purchase.
